Really nice community — Really nice community and well kept grounds. Only thing is the package delivery area gets kinda crowded sometimes but thats a minor thing. Would definitely recommend to anyone moving to the Huntsville area for work!

The apartments are nice — The apartments are nice and management does their job. Can't really complain about anything. Parking spots are a decent size too which is nice when you've got a bigger vehicle.
Honestly, having a parking lot that doesn't force you to play a high-stakes game of Operation every time you park a bigger vehicle is an underrated luxury. There is nothing worse than tight spaces when you're just trying to get home. It sounds like you hit the trifecta of apartment living: solid management, prompt maintenance, and actually practical amenities.
really convenient — Moved in last month and the location is really convenient for getting around Knoxville. Maintenance fixed my leaky faucet within a day of reporting it. Appreciate how clean they keep the common areas too.
Either way, finding another place with lightning-fast maintenance and immaculate common areas is an absolute win. Knoxville is a great city to get around, whether you're exploring downtown, hitting the Tennessee Riverwalk, or heading toward the Smokies.

Decent Living — The largest strain in trying to find a roof and four walls is simply location. Park pointe apartments at the most is 10 to 15 minutes away from food, entertainment, leisure. Two thumbs up!
Location is Prime! It doesn't get any better. Shopping, dining, arts, great schools, tech industry and so much more is just outside your door. Park Pointe is close to it all!
